Sandblasting

From light rust to heavy rust, we turn it to dust!  Sandblasting with 30- and 60-grit media, we can take care of heavy rust on car frames, farm equipment, etc.

With 80- to 120-grit media, we take care of lighter sheet metals, dashboards, floorboards, body panels, bed frames, lawn furniture, motorcycles, four wheeler frames, wheels, foot pegs, swing arms, etc.

Chemical Stripping

Stripping may be done with a variety of chemicals.  The most commonly used is paint stripper.  We use this product on large body panels where warping may occur by sandblasting.  We also use it in tight corners where sandblasting does not work well.

We use chemical stripping for parts that were previously done in powder coating because powder coating is extremely hard to remove by sandblasting.

Most of the time, we dust with the sandblaster after stripping or using a high-pressure water blast.

Epoxy Primers

Best uses for epoxy primers would be on your farm equipment, frame or suspension parts, or where the part will be in extreme conditions such as heat, snow, rain, etc.

This product is a high-build, high-solids material.  It is very durable from impact and constant rubbing.  It is absolutely necessary to top coat.  These products are the least expensive and user friendly.

Urethane Primer and Finishes

These finishes are very prominent in the auto industry and in fine metal works.  This product has a great ability to adhere to steel and body fillers.  It also has a very fast cure time and is easy to sand.
